"This hotel is perfectly located, walkable to biltmore village and an easy drive to medical appointments and restaurants. Everything was super clean, staff was wonderful, gym was nice for a hotel gym. Well maintained! Will stay here again "

"Room was not completely cleaned when we got there and the bedding did not smell fresh, and there was a broken TV mount on the counter with a different TV on top of it, just didn’t hit my expectations for the price that I paid for the room."
