"This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. "This place looks fun and shiny. Don’t look too close cause you can see the age. The floors are thin. People were walking overhead all night and highway is loud. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with no one overhead. This was Best western at its best."

"The room was very clean. The Breakfast was very well done. Was a great place for our 2 dogs. They had a very nice secluded grassy area for the dogs. And the staff did a great job of emptying the dog poo bins! People seemed to clean up after their dogs as well. Was very close to downtown, only a couple miles, so convenient. Had just been remodeled, and it was very nice and clean."

"The Biltmore Lodge is very much an "OK" hotel. Some of the unpleasant things about this place were that we found a daddy long leg in our bathroom, plus a lady bug by the window. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff told us they would be back to clean our room when we asked for towels yet our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was the worst part. It was the worst hotel breakfast we'd ever had. I didn't eat a thing when I typically love hotel breakfasts (even those fake eggs). There was no...

"The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn."
