"Does the job. Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price."

"Perfect basic overnight stay. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite and shower were good. Easy walk to DLR station and also underground station. Bus 108 to O2 arena was very convenient and would definitely stay again if visiting O2"

"Awful, the worst place imaginable for a peaceful stay. The place was filthy, the staff rude, and the website promised many things like a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, etc. It was horrible. The neighbors mentioned the nightlife; the neighborhood was dirty, dangerous, and full of drug addicts and homeless people. I spent half my time sleeping there. I absolutely do not recommend it."

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning.
