The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! "It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value."
