The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly Fernando, who went above to ensure our comfort and always had a friendly greeting for us! The room was just as advertised and more than enough space for our needs. It did feel a bit empty and there was space for a small couch or chair but that didn’t impact our stay at all....

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
