"Very conveniently located homy hotel in a safe area with underground stations and shops close by. Spacious rooms with kitchen allowing for some cooking so don’t have to eat out all the time particularly good for a ‘longish’ stay."

"We stayed in one of the small cabin rooms for one night. It is certainly cozy, but had everything needed, was nicely appointed and very comfortable. On an unusually warm day, the AC was quiet and cold as well. Breakfast was wonderful, and staff prompt and courteous. Very nicely maintained property, would recommend and stay again if back in Richmond."

"This place is a pit. Fairly clean but ladies room on 1st floor had window cracked, water pooled in one of the sinks with the stopper in and a million dead mosquitoes - ugh. There is no-one there to check you in, (guess htat;s "hip" now?), you either do "self check-in" at a walk-up machine or ring a buzzer for an employee. No phone in room to call for help. Every time we had an issue in room, back down to ring the buzzer. To be fair, the staff tried to be accomodating. May 22 was high...

"Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."

"We stayed at several hotels in England and this was one of our favorites. It didn’t have an elevator but the young man (I wish I knew his name) was SO helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, answering questions. We were able to keep our luggage there the day we checked out while we went downtown (and the young man carried them up to and from the third floor for us!). The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very friendly. It was close to the train station which was convenient."

"Es war einfach wie jedes Jahr sehr sehr schön vor Ort und zu empfehlen. Zwar ist die Fahrt bis nach London rein ein bisschen länger aber dafür ist das gesamte Viertel sehr sehr schön."

"Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "

"This place is great value for money, great transport routes... quiet residential area, shop right next door... spacious rooms, kitchen very well equipped everything you need to cook meals... AND ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS... we will definitely be coming back again And host is friendly and helpful 🙂 😊"

"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone.
