"Clean Room Staff friendly"

"First impression was great—close to the airport, positive transport experience ending in a lovely lobby. After checking in, an oily salesman type guy intercepted us in the lobby with unclear motives. After he took down our info and requested $20, we were signed up for “the welcome breakfast.” Which is just a way to make you sit through a sales pitch for their luxury vacation club. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. Even though it’s an all-inclusive, there are areas that you can't use unless you buy into their vacation club. Finally we got to our room, excited for the Grand Master Suite we reserved--a large bedroom with separate living area described as perfect for a family of 4 looking for space and luxury. So the small room we were given was incredibly underwhelming, with one bed. When someone was finally able to help us, he told me this was “an upgrade” because it had an ocean view. I pointed out that there was only space for two people to sleep. He arranged for two roll away beds, which barely fit. I insisted on getting the room we had paid extra for. It wasn’t available until mid-week. We were on vacation, and we made do for a couple of nights, until we packed all of our things and moved to the other end of the hotel. The staff was not apologetic and would not refund the extra we had paid for the 2 nights we spent in the lesser room. We managed a pleasant stay at SeaDust, but there are many, many options in Cancun. If you can afford better, probably do that."

"The resort was good. Room was nice too. The food was really good. Restaurants like dragons, sea salt grill, market cafe was amazing. For the pools, you need to be up early to secure your spot. Else you won’t find it. The washrooms need near the pool stinks and soap was horrible which sticks to the hands. And the tables are not cleaned by the pool chairs. And dirty by next morning you come in. These little things add on which can make it better. But pools are well maintained. Overall really good. "

"We recently stayed at Temptation Cancun Resort and overall had a great experience, especially when it comes to the food. We have visited Cancun about seven times, and this hotel stands out as the best so far for dining. The food was phenomenal, and the Italian restaurant was a highlight Chef Noel was amazing, The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is also very clean and well maintained. However, they are quite strict about taking photos during activities and shows. One downside was transportation. The hotel does not provide airport transfers, so guests must arrange and pay for a private shuttle. Communication around this could be better our flight was delayed, and unfortunately the shuttle did not wait for us, and we did not receive a refund, so we had to pay for an extra taxi. The beach area is not the best compared to other resorts, but overall we still recommend this hotel, especially for the food and service. "
