"Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a view on the third floor. The room was very clean and in good repair. It included a large Jacuzzi tub, a double shower, and a pretty full kitchen. Now for the issues. The observation deck above us was not available due to construction on it and the stairs leading to it. The work did not start until after 8am, but along with general construction noise, it did sound like they dropped an occasional anvil on our ceiling. There was no ice...

"It is a budget friendly option if you are trying to save. However, we never once saw staff onsite. The room key was left by the front window and no one was there at checkout either. I did step on a gooey substance that stuck to my sock as soon as we walked in. As i was looking for a nightstand outlet, I noticed candy wrappers behind the nightstand. It also had a musky smell so we opened the windows. Then, our room was filled with a weed smell from I’m guessing our neighbors. "

He called us the night before to pre-order breakfast...which was unexpected and awesome...he was well informed with regards to dining and breakfast facilities...he was very attentive and made the experience feel more than what we payed for! "Great views, easy and free golf cart service up and down the hill, some rooms are amazing. Giving 4 stars because one of the lower end rooms felt like an oversized closet. Luckily the staff was able to move us to a better room (for a fee)."

"This hotel is super convenient to everything, but so are all of them. The design is cool, with a little alleyway of shops/services going down the middle with a cool courtyard, but that makes it really loud in the morning, especially in the 2-queen bed rooms. There’s a coffee shop right outside beneath Room 206, and it opens pretty early, so that kinda sucked. Pretty much everywhere at the hotel seems loud - loud with a/c noise, loud with some work trucks that continuously pull in and pick...
