"It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with a private pool. The shower was not so good we have to use the tub the room has no curtains it gets very bright early in the morning."

We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. "Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!"

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
