"This was a beautiful hotel with lots of charm, sweet animals, and a quiet and peaceful vibe. The room was spacious and clean; very good value for the price. Food was not available on demand so bring snacks, and be prepared to wait for assigned meals and dinner times. The full menu was not available. "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"A lot of complaints from other guests about building 6 7 and 8 about mould and mildew in their rooms. When they asked to be switched to different rooms they were charged between $700 to $900. The food at the buffets were subpar, Beach was terrible, booze seemed watered down. I would not recommend staying here. Had much better experiences in Cuba of all places. This resort is rated as a 5 star. 2 star is what I would give. The only positive mention for this resort is the amazing staff!"

"Room and bathroom were spacious, but quite plain, kind of like a hostel. I’ve stayed in approximately 30 hotels in different parts of Mexico. This one by far had the roughest towels. Not certain what cleaning or drying process they use for their towels, but…it leaves the towels feeling very rough. Beds are somewhat firm, but pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. My room had a small refrigerator, which is a rare feature and was much appreciated. Wifi in the room is strong....

"This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!"

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "
