"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! "Over all for the price the hotel was fine. There could be some simple improvements made. Don’t count on the fridges. We rented several rooms and none of them were very cold. One room has a clogged shower and the water didn’t drain. They gave us a new room. Also in the bathroom I could see what looked like black mold. Beds were clean and comfy and the pool was nice. Great staff. Nice location."

"Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking"

"This is the first all inclusive resort in Cancun area that I have felt pretty strongly that I wanted to return! We stayed in a beachfront Casita suite and it was fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. Amazing spa! And probably the two biggest game-changers are that this resort obviously hires very thoughtfully, and they hire incredible, high-quality staff. All service was superb. "Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "The beach was disappointing at the time of the year we visited but that’s not the resorts fault. It was sargassum season. During our trip it was low season at the resort, so we got no lines on the bars/restaurants, which I guess can be different in high season. The entertainment was great. Lots of options of delicious food. And shows at night that we also enjoyed. Our family had a blast."

However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."
