"The resort is massive but there's trolleys that go around the property for the times when you're too tired to walk. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous. The check in took unusually long. The egg/grill stations in the buffet took long and a lot of the food were empty the times that we visited. Other than that, we enjoyed the taco shop and the steak house. The pools are spacious and the the cocktail servers were frequent. The property is perfect if you're visiting Xcaret Park as the entrance is in walking distance. The property has flamingos, macaw, monkeys, iguanas, deers, and coatis roaming around which makes you feel like you're in the jungle. Overall, I'd stay there again if I plan on visiting Xcaret."
