"The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. However, the rooms were outdated and we didn't get enough towels for the family we had to request them. The buffet is average, I was hoping for more authentic mexican variety. The beach, pools and overall property itself is amazing and the family really enjoyed their time."

"When we got to our room, it wasn’t what I paid for. I paid for 2 double beds with seaside view and balcony. We walked in and it was a King bed and the balcony had no chairs or even enough room to have a chair on it. We went back down to the desk to change rooms to what we paid for which was 2 double beds but they told us they didn’t have anymore left even though other people in our party got 2 double beds after I asked to be moved. And the rooms with 2 double beds had a large balcony with chairs...
