"Staff were fantastic and my dad was given a wonderful welcome. The rooms and cleanliness and hospitality and warmth was outstanding. "The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"This is by far one of my favorite micro hotels. You must know going in these are small room rooms so for a solo traveler they’re perfect. I prefer a room with a window. Location is just a block from the tube station. Great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Staff is exceptional."

"The Riu Westminster was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly from start to finish. We enjoyed the included breakfast. There were so many options and the way the staff organized the breakfast seating was great. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!"

"The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless. Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation."

"The property is very nicely located, steps from Charing Cross station. Which is a quick to ride to any of the Gatwick trains. My biggest issue was when I arrived. There was absolutely no air-conditioning in the room. The Front Desk was very disinterested in helping. They showed up with a fan that had clearly been left in the hallway from the previous occupants of the room who had the same complaint. "This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly. Also, the park view means you are on the busy street so unless you really need to see the park, save some money and don’t get...
