"This Race Course branch of the Chain does everything it says on the tin. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast choice. Having to fork out for parking is unwelcoming. Outside of race days whats the point.... a few miles down the road the member of the chain doesn't charge. So I go there next time. Otherwise no beefs."

"Upon checking in I checked that it was a twin room or the beds could be split as requested. The request had not been received but the staff were accommodating and changed our room for us without any problem, they were kind and considerate and gave us a large 3 sleeper room. The room was very clean, just a few dusty areas on plugs and toilet roll holder and a stained net curtain however, the floor was quite uneven which was a bit disorientating but no major complaints. We booked a room with a 4 poster bed then on arrival were told we had a free upgrade to a 4 poster room.... Strange seeing as that's what we requested anyway. Room was at best ok.
