"This hotel was such a disappointment. We booked this hotel based on pictures, affordable rates & close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport featured on Expedia. When we arrived, we were literally speechless. The hotel lobby looks NOTHING like the pictures shown. The lobby was dark and dingy. The furniture was quite soiled and had a funky smell. The bathrooms near the front desk were old. My husband's work schedule changed last minute & we were hoping for arly check in. I called the day before...

Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. "This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. She changed our rooms for us ( we wanted the top floor) and recommended restaurants and how to get there. They provided free snacks and waters and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were clean and equipped with a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine!
