"Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks...

"The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. "

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"All around amazing eesort. Great service, great food options, room service, bar service, view, cleanliness, shows, food...all on par. Childcare was fantastic. Highly recommend this resort and we will be visiting again."

"We chose this resort because of the great reviews. The staff was great and the grounds were very nice. When we had an issue, the general manager came to personally check on us. That said, there are a couple big deal-breakers for us. They actually open up the resort for day passes to the public and the crowds at the pool and buffet were ridiculous. When you pay to stay, you want it to feel relaxed and not like the community pool. We’ve stayed at other resorts where we did feel a sense of privacy...

"Cold AC, great water pressure, helpful staff, the drinks were very good. Food was ok. The machine to assign your room key to bracelet was broken when we arrived but staff was very helpful in assisting us to enter our room. You will be offered a visit to attend the sister resort and get a sales pitch. It was not pushy but there were 3 tiers of pitches. We were offered nice incentives and had a lovely breakfast there. "

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "
