"This is my second year at Barcelo and I was very disappointed. The staff was not very nice besides a handful of them. The bed was awful there was still sand on our floor in our room. "We spent one night - on Sunday when we went to the pool the grounds were a mess from the night before- empty chip bags and some kind of poop on the ground- while the rooms were nice I didnt feel safe and would not stay there again."

"There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."
