"Well situated, clean resort with most staff willing to make your stay better and help you around. Tips at the restaurant and bars go a long way. The beach and palapas were great. Pool was fine. Beach and Pool chairs were fine but did end up hurting if sitting on them for a long time. Make sure you take a long stroll on the boardwalk so you can see how the other hotels look like and maybe do some souvenir shopping. If you are a foodie, you will not enjoy the food. "Great resort, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was always amazing, the bar tenders were very helpful in choosing restaurants and activities outside the hotel. Friendly staff, concierge, front desk, bar and pool attendants. Beach area across the street was nice, the tourists strips are within walking distance. Really enjoyed and would highly recommend."

"Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. The WiFi went out on a Monday and wasn’t back on until Thursday. Poole were nice and clean but they don’t open until 10am. A little late in my opinion. "Love everything about this property. It was simple to check in. Very clean. “FREE PARKING”. Beachfront . The room is equipped with everything. Had a small kitchenette that was very useful. Highly recommend!!! Love it!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard. It’s centrally located where all the action is happening. They have an area reserved for guests in Palm beach and set you up with chairs and cabanas. Breakfast is buffet style and it’s amazing. We loved it! The staff is super attentive and friendly. They have a shallow pool which is great for kids and one for adults. Highly recommended."

"Water is incredible staff not friendly. And Expedia says rooms have dvd players they don’t Expedia says they have 24 hour room service they don’t have room service. 17 dollar a drink and bartender JR went out of his way to make my drinks wrong every time. His loss I tip minimum 20 percent. Front desk not friendly except one person short guy dark hair. Don’t waste your time Herd Holiday inn property is amazing. Will try that next"
