"My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!"

"We saw all of the pictures online and everything and it looked like a great resort. We were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded our expectations. First off, the location was the best. This was our first trip to Aruba so it's hard to know what a good location is on the island. It is on Divi beach which is probably the best beach on the island. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Aruba, which we preferred over the much busier Palm Beach. Eagle Beach is beautiful - wide, clean, and one of the highlights of our trip. The pool area is also excellent and very well maintained. "having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd. the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it."

"The hotel was very nice. The beach was fantastic. The Casino is very small. Remember when visiting Aruba that when you go out to eat/drink, when you get your bill there is a "service fee" of 15-20% on top of the bill. This is the gratuity. We learned after we were there for three days that we were double tipping because we did not notice this. This is at about 80% of the restaurants. Also, it is well worth it to go on the pirate ship snorkeling ship at Moomba beach, those guys are AMAZING!!!!"
