"Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

"The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. "This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that."
