"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."

"Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. "The staffs are great professionals. Since the beach is rough and dirty, the Crane needs to provide a daily complementary shuttle to south beach or other beaches."

"Currently awaiting a refund on our second night as there was no air conditioning in our room and we had to book another hotel. Tub was dirty as well and couldn’t be used comfortably. We wanted to love it but definitely do not recommend this hotel at all. Hopefully we get confirmation on the refund soon. Day staff was great, night staff was okay."

"The rooms are spectacular and clean. Was very pleased with the quality and design of the rooms. The beach view was beyond amazing. The staff were all friendly and friendly welcome everyone with a smile and warm greeting. The bar is nice. My boyfriend liked it because it set up like a sports bar so he could watch sports. "O2 was nice, but I was bamboozled by the pics advertised with crystal clear water at the beach. This was not true at this hotel. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Most of the staff was so so, but there were a few that were very friendly & helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I will not return."

"The food and drink at the restaurant were delicious. The pool and beach were fairly basic, but workable. The beds were very comfortable."

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."
