"Well located hotel and good value for money."

"Room was clean and a fantastic location and view. The tub was leaking and we could have turn off the trickle of cold water that was coming out so it made for a tough sleep. We unfortunately had a couple one door over fighting pretty loud for quite some time and we ended up telling the front desk and leaving doe a while. "

"Lovely hotel by Legoland Windsor, perfect getaway to Legoland or Windsor castle. Amazing breakfast options, clean property, and spacious play area for children. The only downside is the number of charging ports (only 4 spaces by the reception) and two were occupied by a rental EV but not charging (they parked overnight, blocking other guests to use the spot). And the leisure club only has gym and swimming pool, no spa facilities such as sauna, steam room, nor hot tub. But overall, a gem in middle of Windsor. Please do add more of charging ports in the parking space and add spa facilities."

"We were disappointed to have to pay extra for the pool and then be crammed into a tiny portion of it with other families and kids, as most of it was off limits for lane swimming and one single swimming lesson. Others felt the same Corridor on third floor smelt strongly of cigarettes and cannabis. Car park was full, hard to find a space. Breakfast was very good and bed was comfortable. "
