"To big of a property for amount of staff members. They lost our luggage for about 6 hours. Late check outs must be requested in person and at a charge. Food was nothing to brag about. Even the Italian restaurant was not good. Undercooked pasta and tasteless. "

"On the plus side the facility was well maintained including hotel, grounds, beach, and pool areas. Buffets at Verandah offered a multitude of choices catering to everyone's taste. Specialty meals at two of the restaurants were a very nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative side I wasn't pleased with the Internet options. Standard had to be renewed on a daily basis while paying extra, in this day & age, for high-speed internet at a hotel makes no sense. I found our...

"The pool was great, the AC not so good. The room was great when we arrived but got warmer during our stay. The controls to reduce warmth was not operable."

"It’s a beautiful resort. Has the best beach I’ve ever went to. Good food and pool is amazing. I took one star off because when I booked the airport transportation the night before, I was able to negotiate a price of $30 at the front desk. When we check out and the guy handing our transportation told us $40. I don’t care about the $10 diff but it’s the principle. I will not let that spoil our trip. Overall, it was a beautiful experience."

"The optics/aesthetics of this resort were ON POINT and The staff was wonderful. A few issues did arise. A) my room had mold in the shower and mold collecting on the couch in my bungalow suite. B) the app for making reservations to eat (mind you, ALL 12 restaurants are reservation only or you can’t eat) was down, so we had the front desk assist us in booking a few dinner reservations. upon arrival for dinner, the host informed us we did not have a reservation, and denied us entry. "The beach was a disappointment for me, very rocky and my friend poked her toe. She was taken care of by the nurse, thankful for that. We went to the ATV excursion and everyone that wanted to ride were required to have an unexpired driver’s license, hence another friend was not able to drive one. In all I give the whole experience a 4. The hotel, excluding the beach part a 5. El personal es super amable, las instalaciones muy bonitas, mi habitación con la vista al frente del mar fue lo mejor, q mar tan bello, las actividades recreativas super buenas, me encantó y lo disfruté mucho. La comida es excelente. Lo único quizá fue que había zargazo, entonces la playa y el baño en el mar fue no tan especial como lo quería, pero la pasé excelente y lo recomiendo mucho."
