"Hotel is centrally located near the city and cruise ship port which is a good/bad thing. Fun to watch the ships and easy to walk to things but can get crowded and loud. We stayed at the residences next to the hotel proper which was nice because we had a full apartment with 1 1/2 baths and could go out the ‘back door’ to the neighboring beach when our beach was crowded with day trippers from the ships. The water park attracts families of course so we avoided the area until later in the day when...

"My husband and I typically visit Sandals resorts, but we recently opted for a different establishment. The Prince Grand exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities. The accommodations were exceptional, and the dining options were delectable. We plan to come back in October for our 40th wedding anniversary."

"I went there 2 time and I guess since Hurricane they had everything changed not for the good ..the food was not all that and the room was not all that ..my room the tv was not working we called no answer then .my friend didnt get her room until 6pm ..I order a 2 bed and got one bed they give one room then when we went to room someone was already there fro. A 5 start hotel to me it went down 2 starr ..never again"

"When I arrived the system was down therefore the room keys did not work and the staff had to let the visitors in and out of the rooms. I was given a room that was dirty. My phone broke the same day of arrival and I was unable to make reservations for the restaurants on the resort in which was very upsetting because I wanted to do something special for My Son’s Birthday! The staff would not make an exception! MOST of the female staff workers inside of the restaurants were very rude and made me...

"Very Nice and clean. Well maintained and staff was very attentive. My only complaint is housekeeping was cleaning the Room way to late, you gou out for an outside activity and comeback around 3pm and the Room wasn't clean ye, I called and they talk me they work until 5pm, to me that is a bit late."

"The location of this hotel was ideal. Very close to the airport and beaches. The pool was great and very well maintained. I was here with my kids and they were so pleased. We also loved that the beach access was very close (2 min walk) where they had chairs, towels and umbrellas for us. The breakfast was great as well. All the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again "
