"The rooms upon arrival need to be inspected. I had to room change multiple times, 1st room was dirty and the 2nd room had a broken tv with no tube curtain. They did come quickly to address the issue with the TV, however after traveling over 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk more than an apology was expected. The bar, pool and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The food could use an overhaul and update the entertainment. Transportation should also be provided or at least cheaper than...

"Great beach. Coarse shell sand but still ok on bare feet. Not overly busy and right off the resort. Waves not really big enough to boogie board on but good for smaller kids to play. Pool is very nice with lots of lounging areas. Entertainment area with pool tables, ping pong and fooseball - great for kids/teens. Spacious and quiet rooms with great amenities. "Overalls a decent trip and all serving staff and welcoming staff were wonderful. Our concierge Kevin was very helpfull and available. Food was good! I was disappointed in the replenishment of drinks and snacks in our room…the last day we had no face clothes replaced and the hotel lotion bottle not replaced. To me these little things that moved my rating down…outside of that it was a really good experience. "

"This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. The rooms are very good, the front desk staff was charming. The views are spectacular. The feeders are jammed with birds. Only negative was that we were almost totally rained off for 24 hours, but that’s what can happen in a rainforest. I already want to return. "
