They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. As for the property, absolutely stunning. Our room looked over the pool area and we had the most beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. "Is a very nice resort, the buffet food had a good variety. They had fruit out at every meal. The staff was very helpful. We went to italian restaurant for one dinner, the food was excellent. The service was excellent there too. The check in and out was quick. Remember to drink water, it is very warm outside, especially when you are in sun. The beach was beautiful but it has a lot of large rocks. I am not a beach person but ocean views were spectacular. "
