"The food needs a major upgrade. Flavors, options, more of a variety is needed. & needs more local food options. WiFi service was the worst. Staff was amazing & resort was super super clean & ambiance is beautiful. Resort is beautiful. Definitely recommend staying if they get the food upgraded."

"The area was amazing with a beautiful view. The hotel needs alot of updates. It advertised 2 restaurants, but only had one which was all buffet. We paid for a mini bar in our room. We only had it filled when we arrived and never again after that. We were told that it gets filled every other day, however that never happened. The drinks we did get we had to go ask for on our second day there. The staff was nice and the view was great. The hotel needs to add some restaurants. "

"The breakfast was basically the same day over day. There were warmers with beans/rice, scrambled eggs, dried-out chilaquiles, plantains, some sort of meat dish, and then fresh fruit. There was an omelet station and waffle station. There were various pastries and breads. Hotel otherwise was great - hot springs were well incorporated into the experience"

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The property is clean, well-decorated, and we felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and appreciated a friendly conversation. Many of the staff recognized my partner and me and remembered our drink orders. The pool is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, but we wish there were more pool chairs with umbrellas, as the sun is very intense. "Personnel attentionné à répondre aux besoins des clients. L’environnement ne manque pas de points de vue magnifiques. Les restaurants sont très bien. Prévoir des déplacements entre la chambre et les points de services, une navette est disponible et facilite le tout. Il manque de chaises longues et de parasols pour répondre à tous les clients surtout sur la plage où aucune ombrage n’est disponible. "

"Beautiful property with an extraordinary pool and amenities. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and there were lots of activities at the resort. The only drawback in my opinion was that the resort was somewhat isolated and it was a 25-30 minute drive to get to restaurants and shopping in Tamarindo. "

Para al servicio al cliente es horrible. Yo en lo personal no vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel. "Breakfast was good, meals were fine. Pool was clean and no issues getting lounge chairs as most people booked as needed. Liked beach towel exchange service though hours could be a bit longer. Staff friendly. Very safe."
