Cari Hotel di Kosta Rika

"Our stay at the hotel was lovely! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had decorated the room for a friend who was celebrating, and when we came back after housekeeping had passed by, we were so pleasantly surprised. They had folded the towels into the shape of a cake and even used some of our balloons to complete the decoration. 🎂🎈 It was such a thoughtful and creative gesture and made the celebration feel even more special. We really appreciated...

"It was a wonderful experience. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay here. We had to check out very early before the breakfast time and they packed us sandwiches and fruits for the road. Very nice and considerate staff."

"Staff was nice and helpful, and the resort is right on the beach which was nice. 2 pools with swim up bars but they close at 5. The buffet food is not very good. They also don’t really stock your mini bar in the room. Only a couple beers water and coke. Nothing else. Overall I enjoyed Costa Rica it’s a beautiful country but the resort was underwhelming and could have been better."

"JW Marriott is an excellent resort. Beautiful property, extremely helpful staff. Excellent restaurants and a large gym. Beach is beautiful. Golf course conditions were poor."

"Check in was smooth. Diana, one of the managers, welcomed us upon arrival and took my number to keep in touch throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. "Aire acondicionado no muy bueno"

"I didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pre-check-in process and activity-planning support made our trip much easier. We loved the volcano view, lush gardens that provided plenty of privacy, convenient parking right outside our unit, and the relaxing thermal pool. The food was also very good. A wonderful stay overall."
