"I enjoyed my stay"

"Today nuestra estadia en el hotel fue excelente 100% recomendado para quienes quieran viajar en familia, siper atentos todos los del hotel, la comida excelente."

"This resort lived up to our expectations. It was more expensive than other places, but they lived up to the expectation and went above and beyond in many different areas. We went for a honeymoon and they gave us many upgrades and made our experience really special. Food prices are high, but if you’re smart, you can still enjoy your time and pick some lower cost items that are fantastic."

"Condovac La Costa – Budget Experience The location is convenient to Coco Beach, but Uber is still around $20 USD each way, so transportation adds up quickly. This is definitely a budget-oriented resort. Food was very basic and repetitive, often with items unavailable, and there was no access to food between meal times. Bar and drink options were also very limited. Don’t expect a typical all-inclusive experience. The resort is built on a VERY steep hill, making you reliant on the shuttle. It...

"Property was good but no entertainment, English TV channels etc. It didn’t fair well with the prices and 5 Star categories. Breakfast were being repeated with same Menu . It could have been better."

"expedia me envio un mensaje diciendo que como cliente vip tendria derecho a un upgrade en la habitacion y a late checkout...cuando le enseñe ese mensaje a fabian quien me hizo el check in me dijo que ellos no sabian nada del asunto y que no podia hacer nada porque yo no aparecia como cliente vip que posiblemente el mensaje fue un error y se nego a investigar mas sobre el asunto.....el dia siguiente logre acceder a mi cuenta en expedia donde aparezco como cliente gold, por lo que regrese a...

"Staff were great! Amazing service"

"Nice stay - beach was very nice- clean and calm. There was only one restaurant open. Breakfast lunch and dinner had fair selections - the dining room and bar staff were nice. Although we are grateful for early check in, in spite of our reservation came with VIP benefits with Expedia, our request to upgrade to a room near pool and beach was declined. We would have appreciated partial stay upgrade if the weekends were busy. We did enjoy the week at CCBeach papagaya it was relaxed. We thank the...

"It’s a party. If you are into that, you will love it. The drinks are watered down, I’m guessing because they don’t want things to get out of control when you are day drinking. Premium bar is the real deal, but no atmosphere. Views are wonderful, staff friendly, be prepared for the bottle of wine upsell at dinner. You can ask for house wine, they don’t tell you that. Property is in need of a refresh. There is cracked tile, places that need paint, and not everything in your room will work...

"The resort was nice, our rooms were clean but there were some issues with our room. The night stand in the room was broken and falling off the wall; it was not a huge deal but it did not sit level. Also some of the lettering of the movie quote on the wall had fallen off. For the most part, the restaurants were good and we enjoyed our meals in the evenings when we had reservations. The buffet was not our favorite. It very much felt like the same food for every meal. By the end of our 7 days...

"Un lugar increíble para pasar tiempo en pareja. La comida exquisita, los paisajes y la playa maravillosa. El personal muy atento. Agradecerles en particular a Tomás y Cristina en el restaurante por su gran servicio y amabilidad."

"I loved this place ! Breakfast could’ve been better but everything else was amazing!"

"Great stay in La fortuna. Close to everything and beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Chato suite and it was awesome. People were all nice and even took us to see a sloth on the grounds. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend and will be back."

"El hotel espectacular, muy limpio y sus piscinas termales 100/10,los tragos en todos sus bares muy buenos al igual que el desayuno."
