"Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice staff. Good food. Plenty of fresh water and drinks. Reusable water bottles that they provided, were very useful. Kids enjoyed waterpark. Relaxing vacation for the family. Hopefully we will come back! "

"We loved our stay at Renaissance. We definitely recommend the all-inclusive option. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming (shout out to Thalia, who helped us with a car rental!). There were always chairs at the beach. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is great for walking to town (though, you'll want a car to get to any of the amazing beaches on the island). "

"A beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views. Great location within walking distance to shopping and many fantastic restaurants. "The room was very well kept and housekeeping came by atleast twice a day to make sure fresh linen was given. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Shelly and Dèe Dee were a delight as well as Glennys. The food at the grille that was poolside was yummy too. The bartenders were nice. "

Foolishly I had neglected to contact the staff before booking to explain my age and inability walk long distances or climb multiple flights of stairs. "In my opinion, this hotel was very true to what was advertised on Expedia website. The rooms were good, the hotel was well maintained, the beach was awesome, and the amount of chairs and infrastructure on the beach was very satisfactory. The staff was also friendly. The only thing that did not catch my attention in this hotel were the restaurants (nothing remarkable). We preferred to have our meals in the boulevard OR in the capital. Much better options. But overall, I highly recommend."
