"The resort was clean and kept immaculate by very hard working staff. Our Butler Richard made our stay so enjoyable. He went above and beyond, he surprised us by decorating our room for our Anniversary, making all our reservations and just checking on us to make sure our stay great!! Our house cleaner Carina, always made fancy birds, hearts for us out of towels and fresh flowers and our room was always clean. Noel one of the wait Staff was super friendly and always going above and beyond making...

"Hôtel immense, accolé aux autres Hôtels Bahia également accessibles. Chambre impeccable, personnel aimable et aux petits soins, les nombreuses piscines superbes.
Étant arrivés très tard à l'hôtel suite à un retard d'avion, nous n'avons pas pu vraiment demander des renseignements sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, ne pas hésiter à le faire à l'arrivée car il peut être difficile de se repérer ou savoir ce à quoi on a droit ou pas tellement le complexe est gigantesque "
