"Everything was great! It was our second time back to Majestic. We stayed at the Colonial the first time and Elegance this time we upgraded for the Elegance club and Katherine R., our butler, was very attentive to anything we needed. Just message her on the Whatsapp and she would reply within minutes. The staff by the cabanas were always helpful. "Had a nice time with my family. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. Reservations at restaurants were difficult to obtain even with staff assistance. Was told some restaurants were booked weeks in advance.
