"ホテルの設備、環境等はともかく、ホテル側のチェックイン時の対応には唖然とした。時間が掛かり、挙句にすでに2部屋予約、支払も完済しているにもかかわらず、1部屋しか予約されていないと言う。しかもＨｏｔｅｌ．ｃｏｍさんから1部屋キャンセルの連絡があったーーと言い張る。確認書を見せたが話にならない。Ｈｏｔｅｌ．ｃｏｍさんに連絡して話をつけてもらった。原因はホテル側のミスコンタクトだったそうな。気分が悪かった。"

"In university are, rooms are occupied by the student and they come and go throughout the day so the elevator is always busy. Lobby is not on ground level and the elevator to the ground level is separated to the one goes to your room. The cleaning staff is very polite and friendly"
