"The staff were excellent and very friendly throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room also had very poor lighting, which made it feel darker and less comfortable than it should have been. The food was another area that could use improvement. I expected better quality for the price. Overall, the staff were definitely the highlight of my stay, but the cleanliness, food, and room lighting made the experience less enjoyable than I expected."

"This resort was absolutely incredible. The hotel grounds are well kept and provide so much in terms of wellness. The views and offerings are great. The drinks and food are good for the most part. The only critique is that many of the servers in the general Resturant are not very attentive. The omakase was phenomenal though! But must be prepaid and books quickly. The beachfront room is breathtaking. The hotel is a bit of a commute from the airport and other attractions. But the commute isn’t very...

"Salvadorians were very nice, welcoming,and excited to see people of color. Staff and guests asked us why we traveled there and were excited to welcome us there, especially since the country has gone through a huge transition (for the netter) with the current president. The hotel does not provide an iron in your room,they charge 1.50 for each article of clothing."

"I Loved this place! Nestled deep in the mountains with beautiful views of the volcano. The restaurant there has great food. We did the hike offered though the hotel to the Santa Ana volcano and I loved it because it was private and they go at your pace. If you come to El Salvador, this is a must!"

"Fantastic place to stay in El Tunco. Great location. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is amazing! I left a GoPro in the room and they arranged someone to drop it off at the airport for me. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend to anyone."
