"Stayed there for six days. Out of all the Restaurants for dinner only the buffet and one of the others were available and per the lobby unhelpful staff was because not enough guest in the property. Most of the wait staff in the buffet restaurant were not helpful to our simple needs . The walls were very thin. The room was so basic, and the bathroom area was very tight. If you're tall and you sit on the toilet, you'll hit the wall. "1st I would like to say what I like about the property. Ocean view. Nice garden clean pools. What i don't like about the property, that is far away from other activities, no laundry on site, same breakfast dish, hotel room hot when arriving when should be best to be cold enough especially when is very hot outside, poor wifi, poor electricity, needs better activity"

"The location is phenomenal. I would stay here again just for the beautiful views and spacious rooms with patio. However, there was no hot water in our rooms and when I inquired the staff instructed me to play with the electrical panel breakers in the room closets.
