"Our room was clean, sufficient and well located for our visit. Air conditioning was welcome. Just a suggestion but think a hot drink vending machine in the lobby would be a good addition."

"We really can't fault the Hotel Casa Scaligeri! The staff are delightful, friendly, welcoming, efficient and very caring and knowledgable and empathetic when my husband was unwell. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are so comfortable. The air con isn't noisy and is very easy to control. Breakfasts are extremely generous, very tasty and there is a good variety of options, served at the friendly cafe around the corner. Nothing was too much effort for the staff there. "The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."
