"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"

"Was there for an event and rated two nights. They were slammed but did a good job addressing all those checking in. The room had no ac and no windows and it was the summer so it was incredibly hot and no air flow. The bed was not all that comfortable but the room was everything we needed and the location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and basically steps from the train station. They provide soap, shampoo, coffee and cookies. Staff were helpful and the place was clean. "

"Very helpful Reception and Concierge Staff. Breakfast choices excellent. Family Room very clean and suitable for 2 12 year olds and an adult. Good bathroom and shower (shut door before turning on!) Good location for St Paul’s area and restaurants and tube."
