"This hotel was nice for our 3 days stay. We were greeted by front desk staff who made check in smooth and quick. They explained how we can get around Venice and which mode of transportation available . The hotel was a short walk away to water-bus station which was very convenient. I recommend getting a multi-days bus pass. Its much cheaper. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again."

"Great place to stay, made it easy to amd from the city, food was ok on site, nothing special, some of the staff were a little rude and unhelpful, walls very thin, can hear coughing, foot steps etc.... doesnt help others aren't quiet outside apartments after 11pm! So bare this in mind if your light sleepers or going to take kids!"

"The staff were amazing especially Monica and Mirela. Breakfast buffet was excellent serving hot and cold items. Monica was there every morning to greet you with boungiorno and a big smile. Mirela at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel is close to the Vatican and Metro. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would recommend for people to stay here. John and Emma Canada"

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels und der Garten waren ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass nur Englisch und Italienisch gesprochen wurde."

"Beautiful place and excellent staff. Dinner was superb and espresso martinis were excellent. A very enjoyable stay. If I have to say a negative it is a drive back into the city but the shuttle drivers have nerves of a steel and they are on time with their schedule. "

"A gem of a place to stay in an excellent location. Very stylish and great information/communications about arrival and access. It would have been wonderful to have a wider choice of hot drinks available in the shared lounge/kitchen area for the early mornings (I can't drink caffeine!) and the occupant of the next door room in our apartment was noisy one night, but the staff team were responsive and very helpful. Thank you; I would definitely stay again."

"My husband and I chose this hotel because it was the Hilton, one of the trustworthy hotel chains as well as for its conveniences, close to the airport and free shuttles. The hotel was big, our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was deliciousness with a lot of varieties and options. My husband and I ordered our eggs and how we like them from the kitchen. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay before flying home."
