"The outside area and dinning was nice. The activities were nice as well. Food options were good! The only thing was the rooms. They were not clean. When the cleaning staff came to clean, they left the same dirty pillow cases on. Also, the towels and rags were not as clean. It looked used. The taxis were expensive from the hotel. "

At the a la carte restaurants, we waited on average 1.5 to 2 hours every night. We tried the Italian, Mexican, and Asian restaurants, and all were the same long wait time due to staff shortage . Half of the tables at the restaurants were available but they had no staff to serve the tables. I have a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old, and waiting that long is...

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Traveled for my birthday and from the time we landed to the hotel there was nonstop bad service and misinformation. The staff in relations lounge went above and beyond to assist us despite the challenges. "

"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. "Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. "

"We had an ocean view room which was truly amazing. The hotel is luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made you feels very special, nothing was too much trouble and they catered to your every need, even had drinks service on the beach! There was always a selection of food and drinks and again if you wanted you could have pool service. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends or even solo travellers. "

"Wonderful until I was charged $30 for damaging 2 washclothes. Not happy. I used 1 washcloth to clean up coffee I spilled in the coffee tray while trying to pour a cup of coffee!!! The other was used to wash off máscara! Im not happy at all. I have never heard of such BS. I will never go to anyothere RIU Hotel/ resort again. I was told that is why they have housekeepers. Never again!"

"Room clean, bedding clean amenities good one stained towel not good,, bathroom needed a better finish eg polish, shower seal to show came away allowing water to flow on the floor slip hazard, balcany furniture needed cleaning not cleaned after make over. Tv did not work for the whole stay visited by atleast 9 maintenace men still no joy, coffee maker did not work after attempt with 3 coffee machines it was the socket faulty. The staff overall where very polite and tried to assist, bar staff...
