Find the best Kyoto Prefecture Hotels

"If you are expecting a 5 star experience, this is not it. The rooms are good and clean and really nice view. However service level is terrible. You don't even get a thank you sometimes and the level you expect from a 5 star is just not there. Breakfast is ok not 5 star level. I have stayed at hotels which are 3 or 4 stars and received much better breakfast and service."

"Overall, we loved the hotel, location and the fab rooftop bar. Great service and drinks/food there. We kept warm with heaters and blankets. Its a must do. We had a superior king room which we found a bit small. But clean if a bit bland. "

"Hotel is in a excellent area, you can move easly with the train station right in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean, has everything you need, shower was really spacious better than other hotels, feels new. Overall on my trip to japan this was the best hotel i stay in. Will definitely book here again without a doubt."

"Room was excellent (although we did notice some slight mould buildup around a vent), central Kyoto easy to get to and nice and close to the staion as well, overall was a great stay. The only downside we found was the breakfast selection in the morning was somewhat limited, but if you are looking to spend a few days in Kyoto this is a great hotel to do it at!"
