"Great resort, very well-maintained property. Good waterpark resort."

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"A wonderful hotel. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly, they welcomed you like family. The food was excellent, always with a huge selection to choose from."

"Loved the pool and amenities."

"The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman"

"Top ligging. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker en verzorgd ontbijt. Mooie kamers."

"Excellent staff. Very professional and helpful. I will like to mention in particular - Restaurant staff - BOUCHRA gave excellent service."

"Riad precioso y el personal muy amable"

"Very run down. Initially received the wrong room and wouldn’t change as they were “fully booked” so I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Next day had to move rooms but 1 of the bedrooms was awful at night as the windows would not close correctly allowing all the street noise in, even though I was on the 7th floor, also letting all the sunlight in as there was only small blinds and no curtains. The rooms were very run down with mould in bathrooms and sockets falling off the walls."
