"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à...

"1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire. 2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler."

"Ontbijt was heerlijk. Elke dag vers. Ik had een suite en die werd dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt. Ik verbleef er met 2 kinderen en daar werd zo goed voor gezorgd door de personeel. Zwembaden elke dag schoon. Er was spa, kidsclub, paddelen, gamehall, leuke matchatent en van alles en nog wat. Ik heb nog nooit zo een fijne vakantie gehad."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to most lovely places one wiuld want to visit. Very clean with nice staff, but at times felt like there were not enough of them. This meant a bit of a delay/ wait. Finally the one issue that was rather disappointing is the fact that all places in the hotel allowed for smoking. "

"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. Both restaurants, Pergola and Bistro Arabe were delicious and the live music was great, not at all too loud. 10/10 overall."

"Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am. I do not recommend that specific room. Not for that price. Also swimming pool was very small. Roof top Restaurant was...

"Für den Preis hätte ich insgesamt mehr erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten, die für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas außerhalb, was je nach Planung unpraktisch sein kann. Zudem liegen die Preise deutlich über dem, was man von einem normalen europäischen Standard kennt – insbesondere angesichts dessen, dass sich die Unterkunft in Marokko befindet."

"Super accueil avec zakaria! Toujours à notre écoute! Le riad est propre, bien situé, le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin tres bon. Zakaria etait de bons conseils pour nos sorties. Seul bemol pas de pression dans la douche mais cetait un détail. Nous y avons passé un tres bon séjour "
