"The garden and the staff"

"Staff was Friendly . Breakfast buffet was awesome. Location was Perfect. Some hotel facilities need to improved"

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"Very good service and the management"

"So glad we chose Riad MARRAPLACE! Very clean room. Lots of little comforts like robes and a tea kettle in the room. Highly attentive staff. Laundry service and airport shuttle available. Everything just super easy and never put the staff out. Wonderful breakfast and of course the location. Would stay again!"

"This hotel is outstanding in every way - pure relaxation - we felt taken care of by each member of staff, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Rooms are large and our view of the grounds and mountains was breathtaking. Beautiful walks under the olive trees, grounds so well maintained. The pool is fabulous and we cant wait to return to this gorgeous hotel."

Very clean rooms. Everything freash. Good food. Ocean. Can’t wish for more. Staff very helpful."

"A big massive shout out to the manager as he was so welcoming gave me a number to contact them if I had any issues and checked me in 2 hours earlier than check in time so I didn't have to wait around. The Riad is beautiful. It has been the most beautiful hotel experience I've had. The reception, each section has a different theme and then my room was stunning. I loved the Moroccan themes the stained glass windows and the walk in shower. The breakfast was perfect, they bring a selection of...

"The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. On arrival, there was a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet, and the showerhead and sinks had visible mould. The drinking water provided had a very unpleasant, salty taste, almost like seawater. The restaurant was advertised as being open until 10pm, but on one occasion we arrived at 9:30pm to find it already closed. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food choices. Dinner was enjoyable, although the selection was also...
