"Le Palais Moulay et Said est un très joli Riad, situé à proximité de la place Jemaa el Fna et également à côté de la place des Ferblantiers. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la compétence ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons également pu bénéficier du spa et les soins sont d’une grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des plats marocains et occidentaux. Une très bonne adresse à Marrakech. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!!!"

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

"The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!"

They did everything they could to assist me (I use a mobility scooter), helping load in and out my scooter, and even bringing breakfast downstairs for me, as I could not climb up to the rooftop patio. Everyone made us feel so comfortable. It was like staying with family. Thank you so much."
