The shower was terrible because the water was pushing so strong, like the fire department hose, I could not even stand relaxed to enjoy a good shower. I told the house keeping about the issue they did not even bother to fix turn down the water a little bit. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We paid extra for the newly “remodeled” rooms. What a joke. The lights did not work in our room and there were cracks in the ceiling. The shower do not drain and the button to flush the toilet fell off. Will never stay here again"

"Booked a room with 2x Queen beds, gave us a room with 2x double beds even after double checking at check in. Had to request a different room the next day. Free parking was handy. Pool was nice but too small and busy to swim in. No fridge in room was inconvenient. A bit of a walk to the centre of the strip."
