"They upgraded my room to an executive king suite for free and I was so surprised and grateful. God is good 🙌🏽"

"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "

"My husband and I had a nice stay here. Check in process was easy and when the room they assigned smelled like smoke they quickly changed our room without question. Our Fallsview room was great the view was breathtaking. The valet service was quick and convenient- we called down and our car was out front by the time we got down to lobby. I would definitely stay here again."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Flamingo has changed, Our room was not that clean, floors have not been vacuumed. At least the bedding was great. Disappointed."
