Cari Hotel di Ontario

"What was good: Location is very good. Staff particularly Tina (the lady that operates the elevators) was incredibly friendly and she would go above and beyond to help!! Rooms are spacious with a great view of the falls. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very sound proof. Things that are not so good: (there is really nothing that would make me not stay here again, but there are a few subtle things that would make things even better) Very nice fridge in the room, but no microwave. Two beautiful...

"Price is too high for the size of room we were in. The general hotel is very nice and clean. The room was ok. Much more dated than the general hotel. Price we paid didn’t match the size and comfort of the room when compared to other hotels in the area. I’ve stayed here on and off for the last 15 years and prices are becoming unjustifiable. I will be looking at other options in the future."

"We used the kiosk to check in and out - we did have one staff member help us during check out when I forgot to insert the second key. I like this hotel, while it can be somewhat tired, it’s clean, well located, has onsite parking, close to transit. I’ve stayed a number of times before and I’ll likely stay again."

"Rooms are very clean, most of the staffs are friendly, the need to change the toilets, when next do flush it wakes you up, the toilet are very old, when you flush you can't use water it's too hot."

"Sheets and towels were clean. Close to attractions. There was a loud humming noise that came from a close restaurant that keeps you up at night."

"Nice rooms and amenities."

"Clean room"

"Excellent location. View was awesome. Very nice spacious room for our day."

"Friendly and helpful staff with central location. Using the wifi took more step then necessary but only complaint the whole stay."

"The room could really use an update. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Pool are and arcade were decent. Kids (4 & 7) spent most of the time in the wave pool. I was very disappointed in the rooms. Especially for the price."
