"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"This property was unique and beautiful. The staff were incredible. I had a poolside room, which was absolutely the best choice for us. Simply walk around the corner for breakfast, which we had included, which you should do. Our room had a full kitchen, even a washer dryer combo. Definitely get the cleaning service. And ask for more toilet paper that’s all. It was simply incredible. We will definitely go to another property of theirs."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

"Excellent reception and housekeeping staff but poor service by pool and at lounge. Room and property were beautiful. Mattress needed to be rotated, which they did, after we complained that the mattress was sagging. Breakfast was awesome but alcoholic drinks were overpriced. Air conditioner was not cool enough ."

"Modern hotel-resort. Interiors were impressive. The balconies attached to the rooms were very superb! Beds were extremely comfortable and the A/C system easy to maneuver which is also a plus. Very clean hotel, modern, WIFI was super fast. Breakfast was delicious with wide array of choices! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Downside was the pool, the water was very cold, and the parking, which they didn't offer free parking. Overall, lovely hotel and worth the price."

"Room was small for 2 people. Also had smell. If you coming for longer stay it is not enough room for bags. Parking lot was Okay but do not park under trees in the middle. Park on left or right side. I parked ones and had to wash my car."

"The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good start to the day but could use some more options. The breakfast area did have a hole in the patio which could cause a trip hazard. Good location especially for getting the hop on hop off buses. Some pictures in the online booking through expedia didn’t match the property. Overall, the stay was good for what we needed!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. As Platinum members, we were surprised that no room upgrade or alternative was offered to us on arrival. The first room we were given was in very poor condition and clearly needed maintenance. After raising our concerns with the hotel, we were told they were unaware of how bad the room was. We then had to pack everything up, move rooms and unpack again, which was frustrating and took time away...
