"It seemed nice online but it needs some work. The guest parking lot is in disrepair and the walk to the lobby was dotted with large piles of horse poop. My room had dirty footprints on the tile and the rug needed to be vacuumed. I told them at the front desk in the morning but no one came so I cleaned it myself with a washcloth that was hanging on the shower curtain rod. The pool is nice. Lots of chairs!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing luxury atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Laura at the front desk for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to returning in the future."

"The rooms were clean, hotel staff was great, pool was overcrowded on the weekend. This resort is expensive. Try to dine local. The staff at Ocean Breeze Restaurant was rude."

"Check in staff were extremely courteous and efficient. This is my third time at this hotel. The pool felt like a party. The DJ was wonderful. I came back to room daily to a well cleaned room. Love the restaurant. With so many restaurants around San Juan, I only wanted to eat at the embassy. Well made drinks at the restaurant. The beach chairs and umbrella were quickly set up. I am already planning my next trip back."

"First and foremost, there is no water in san juan. Expedia is not doing their due diligence and putting a travel advisory before booking. Thank God la concha had water. Hotel is beautiful. Some of the workers at the restaurants acted like we didnt exist and it was on more than one occasion. Serafina food is amazing. Estefany at Aqa is amazing!!! I wont be back to puerto rico but the la concha will be missed"

"Beautiful property- 2 suggestions- more sit down breakfast options- didn’t open till 11 am. Only 1/3 hot tubs fully working. Pools amazing, water park - very fun ( can not bring drinks or food in, but you can buy food and drinks inside water park). Did not visit spa, private island was a nice way to spend an afternoon."

"The overall customer service was amazing. We travel a lot, every two months. The cost to stay here being it not all inclusive is way to high. This is a remote area. Food and drinks way too expensive and the lack of free night time entertainment are items that made us not want to return. Way too expensive for a mediocre resort."

"Celebrated my honeymoon here. I am planning on celebrating my one year anniversary at the same place. Wonderful staff and very clean resort."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"This hotel was amazing! Access to the other pool was a complete game changer. We got chairs and umbrellas for the beach (which is a must, that sun kicks a$$) Staff was great! They allowed me to check in an hour earlier! The location was ideal, quick access to everything!"

"Non-working: charging outlets by the bed, kiosk by the pool, room keys, hot tub jets, washer and dryer. Dirty pool and several requests before water, towels, and coffee sent to room. Disappointing stay for the price."
