"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around...

"Pools & water park great, especially with kids. Beautiful views. Practical things not ao great, wifi was bad in room and sketchy in main areas, extra amenities like games tables are old and damaged, ok for kids to play around. Resort is an hour from airport about $85 with tip and if you like to explore puerto rico outside the resort its pretty remote from anything so basically need to stay on resort entire stay or rent a car or pay alot for ubers. No all inclusive so youll be eating from 7 or 8...

"I absolutely loved this place! Everything was so clean, and housekeeping came every morning to make the bed and refresh the towels, which was a nice touch. The shower even had a handheld shower head, which I appreciated.
The outdoor atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, with multiple pools and BEAUTIFUL landscaping throughout the property. The private beach was spotless, and the water was crystal clear.
The restaurant served delicious food, and one of my favorite parts was the island...

"We loved it and would stay again! The restaurants are a bit pricey, we asked for water and they brought us a $9 bottle. The alcoholic beverages are reasonable. Be sure to check your bill for gratuity and tip your servers accordingly! All of the staff everywhere was great; in the lobby, at the door, the pool, and at the beach! :)"
