"I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!"

Some say no, you need a card or cash. Why? They can’t, for some reason, or don’t want to include tips when charging to the room. But, beach boys have no problem with this. Something they need to fix. "The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "

"We stayed for my birthday. The hotel is super nice, very clean and staff very friendly. Also is nice that is gated and safe. The restaurant has a super atmosphere. Very important that we had a access to the beach and they provided chairs and umbrella when we eat in the restaurant. But of course if you are on the beach you will eat and drink 😉. I will be back soon. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very happy with all services you provided "

"I had a great time at La Plantation: free upgrade, early check in and late check out. The staff is cheerful and helpful. My sea view villa was on the hill, and it required a lot of walking. I liked my workout, but for people with mobility issues it could be a challenge."
